Broken goods:
We try extra hard to package our products in break-proof packing. However, if something arrives broken, please contact us immediately with pictures of the packaging and the product. We will rush you a replacement.
Buyer's remorse:
While we're sad that something we've made doesn't please the purchaser, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of purchase. The product must be safely returned within 7 days of notifying us and a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
Customized Pottery - there's always an exception to the rule!
Customized pottery returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. However, most customized pottery cannot be returned. That's because the customized process includes actual color samples, design approvals and even prototypes being furnished during the process.
